BKNO
is a new Colombian brand for cultural t-shirts. Is a limited edition collection of handmade t-shirts for young communities who feel a
unique style, and who differentiate themselves from the rest, because of
their emotional connection to fun, artistic and environmental
lifestyles. BKNO refers to the Spanish adjective BACANO, used in the
northern coast of our home country Colombia, to describe excitement and
happiness.
RECYCLE-TRANSFORM-CREATE-EXPRESS is one of the ideals within my studio practice, where we transform waste materials and remnants, into wearable objects mainly accessories that reflect crafts, colors and artistic inspirations.
