Colour Provenance is a project on its early stage designed by Studio Laura Daza. Is a visual and tactile investigation into the ancient colouring world, using natural materials and early methods for making colours.
The design is driven by the traditions for colouring,
celebrating ancient rituals and alchemic techniques to explore ways for
extracting pigments.
Tracing colours back
in time has been essential in this process, from prehistory to modern times and understanding
the origin of the most iconic colours.
